I have Outbound email working with our Office 365 accounts, but not the Incoming to create new SR or to update existing SR from inbound email. I've tried MAPI and OWA and IMAP. I've used https://outlook.office365.com as the server and the email address and password as the login credentials (which work for Outgoing).
